I was born in the Ukraine, to a Russian Mother and Ukrainian Father. I was adopted by an American woman and a Macedonian Man. I was raised on a farm in Hawaii with my Hawaiian Step father who gave me his name. My life has taken me across many oceans and I understand the fear of changes and the beauty of knowing I am loved.

Yoga is for everyone, from children to great grandparents, the physically fit to those who are struggling with illness and injury. Having faced a devastating personal injury, I too had to overcome, regain my abilities and free myself from pain and immobility.
